Absolutely hilarious! Had me in stitches for ages! Albeit some sketches are much better than others i.e. Wedding, Interview, and Beekeeping and you do lose some of the comedy because of the inability to see his legendary facial expressions!!
But well worth the money - whatever your humour!
i had this on cassette many years ago but it has since become stretched and whiney from overuse! So glad to find it here! Personal favourites would have to be the father of the bride in the wedding skit and the devil! Classic!!
One of my favourites when it appeared on vinyl about 25 years ago!
I'm fairly certain this is 90% the same content as an LP I bought a very long time ago - probably around 1980 I would guess - although I don't recall the Elton John interview being on it. It was great then, and is great now.

Rowan Atkinson at his best.
I Never Could Fault Rowan
Blackadder - legendary!
Mr. Bean - absolutely hilarious!
Not The 9 O'Clock News - pioneeering!
Rowan Atkinson's Standup Act - right up there with his other work!
A truly tear inducingly funny collection of standup acts, the best is easily 'Wedding' which is pure comic genius featuring speeches from the Vicar, Best Man and Father of the Bride all of which are superb! 'Schoolmaster' comes a close second displaying Rowan's unique and now famous ability to make the most mundane things sound jaw achingly hilarious, he is an absolute master of timing and manner of speaking. 'Senator Brea', 'The Devil' and of course 'Beekeeping' are three other very obvious highlights of a superb collection of comedy. Worth every penny.
i like it because he is funny and i like him :-) (i made a smiley face!!!!!)
Not bad but hardly 5 star stuff
Some good parts trawled from various well known shows; Amnesty International, etc. A few laugh out loud bits but many more obscured by the very variable sound level and background noise.
I love this so much! I think this is fantastic and so funny i almosted cried! If you don't have this on your ipod your mad!
Buy this becuase its a sin not to!
The best of dry British humour
I have always loved the dry self-mocking british humour, and this album is a prime example of the best there is. I always adored Rowan's humour in things such as Not the Nine O'Clock News and here he shows that the comic genius spirit lives on.
OH MY GOD
How can anyone give this less than 5 *'s?! pure genius and prossibly the best stand up comedy CD ever!
